Foreigner Con Artist had 37 Outstanding Arrest Warrants in Panama

The suspect was profiled and verified, revealing charges for fraud and misappropriation, among other crimes, all committed in Panama.

Panama: A 66-year-old Foreigner, who had 37 outstanding legal warrants against him for various crimes against economic assets, was apprehended this Wednesday at the 5 de Mayo metro station.  During routine checks carried out by police units at stations of the mass transit system, the suspect was profiled and checked, revealing warrants for fraud and misappropriation, among other crimes, all committed in Panama. 


Due to the foreigner’s extensive criminal record, who was at large, he was detained on the spot and then referred to the Public Prosecutor’s Office to be presented before the judge who will be responsible for bringing the case to court.  The foreigner is believed to be a Spaniard from Spain.
