Two Foreigners Extradited to the US from Panama Accused of Kidnapping and Sexual Abuse

The man wanted for the crime of kidnapping, and the citizen, wanted for child sexual assault, were apprehended by Interpol at Tocumen International Airport. Both men had outstanding arrest warrants and were facing extradition proceedings.

Panama: Both individuals had outstanding arrest warrants and ongoing extradition proceedings after being captured, as they had international notifications against them, in compliance with international police cooperation procedures. The Central American, wanted for the crime of kidnapping, and the Caribbean citizen, wanted for child sexual assault, were apprehended by Interpol on December 16, 2025 at Tocumen International Airport. A Honduran citizen and a Dominican citizen, wanted in the United States for serious crimes committed in that country, were handed over this Monday by Interpol Panama to its authorities.
