8 Injured With 3 of Them Minors Involved in a Multiple 5 Vehicle Collision in Chiriquí Panama

The vehicles were almost completely destroyed. The emergency was attended to by units of the Fire Department of the Regional Zone of Chiriquí, who assessed the injured, among whom were 3 minors.

Chiriquí Panama: Brutal multiple collisions involving 5 cars occurred on Tuesday night January 6 on a road corridor in the district, leaving 8 people injured.  The emergency was handled by units from the Chiriquí Regional Fire Department, who assessed the injured, including three minors. The collision was so severe that most of the five vehicles involved were practically destroyed. 


After being evaluated by paramedics from the Single Emergency Management System (SUME 911), the Fire Department and the Social Security Fund who arrived at the scene, all the injured were transferred to nearby medical centers to be treated for the injuries suffered during the traffic accident.  Fortunately, this serious traffic accident did not result in any fatalities, but the Fire Department reiterated the call to drive with caution and defensively.
