The Energy Secretary has announced an increase in petrol and diesel.  Starting this Friday, October 18, the Panama Energy Secretary has announced a new increase in fuel prices that will affect the entire country.  Gasoline prices of 95 and 91 octane, as well as diesel, will see a significant rise due to fluctuations in the international market.
