Colt Gray 14, and his father Colin Gray 54, were charged in a Georgia court Friday for the shooting that occurred last Wednesday at a high school in Winder, Georgia, in which four people died, two of them students.  The father Colin Gray, appeared, wearing a striped prison jumpsuit, and was indicted on a total of 14 counts of involuntary manslaughter, second-degree murder and cruelty to minors, related to allegedly allowing his son access to the gun.

Lawyers for former President Donald Trump and special counsel Jack Smith returned to federal court in Washington on Thursday for the first time since U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan regained control of the 2020 election-related case following the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling on presidential immunity.  The Judge said discussing a date for an eventual trial would be an “exercise in futility” at this point.

Panama arrests a Colombian with an Interpol alert within the migratory flow.  The arrest took place in Lajas Blancas, Darien. 


Hunter Biden will accept a guilty verdict in his tax evasion case in California, his lawyer Abbe Lowell said Thursday, as jury selection was about to begin.  Biden is charged with failing to pay at least $1.4 million in federal taxes while living an “extravagant lifestyle.” 


A woman suspected of murdering a member of the Panama National Police in Juan Díaz has been arrested. She tried to take away his service weapon and shot him several times. The crime occurred during a robbery at a commercial establishment.


Police said that SWAT officers were serving warrants Sep 5 on a house in the 7000 block of Northwest Third Avenue in Miami USA, and that the people they are after are “violent criminals.”  An aerial shot from a news helicopter showed eight people sitting on sidewalk with their hands restrained behind their backs.
