Today we invite tourists and locals to visit the 2024 eighth annual Flower Show in the Highlands of Chiriqui September 13 to 17. La Parada de las Flowers will celebrate its eighth edition with the slogan Altas, your best destination! Established in 2015 with the goal of becoming an economic gateway for thousands of area merchants, and a window to expose everything that the Highlands has to offer in Chiriqui Province, the actual Flower Parade will be on Sunday, September 15 that will traverse the main street of Volcan, where you can see all the floats decorated with flowers. Its organizers urge national and foreign tourists to visit them for the event, to see everything the Highlands region has to offer, both in fauna, as well as in flora, agricultural and livestock production and coffee production.
The country and the world need to know that in the district of Chiriquí Highlands there are many attractions for tourists to discover in order to enjoy the experience and want to come back. The Parada de Las Flores, once again is set to fulfill its commitment to promote the district and its beauty, showing the world what they are capable of and what they can find at the top of these Panamanian Highands. The people in charge of this yearly activity revealed that they are more than 120 thousand spectators who annually visit the Highland Flower Show. At the event, with flowers, parades and artistic presentations, it was announced that with the ticket, which has a cost of $2 US dollars or 2 Panama balboas, not only do you get access to the fairground and the typical free dances by Panamanian artists, Jonathan Chavez and Alejandro Torres, but also attendees have the opportunity to win a motorcycle, bicycle or scooter.
