Several Communities in La Chorrera and Arraiján will be Without Electricity Sunday
It will not be a good Sunday for residents of West Panama, especially those in the districts of Arraiján and La Chorrera, who will be without electricity in the early hours of the day. The electric power company Naturgy, posted a statement on the social network X, indicating that at the request of the Metro Line 3 project, the electric power service will be suspended Sunday July 21 from 7:15 am to 1:15 pm. According to the statement, electrical grid relocation work will be carried out at the request of the Metro Line 3 project, which will affect several sectors, both temporarily and permanently.
Temporary effects:
Juan Demosthenes Arosemena District, Arraijan: El Palmar, Brisas de Arraijan, San Jose, Primavera Residential and surrounding areas.
Permanent affectation:
Juan Demóstenes Arosemena District, Arraiján : Mountain Ranch, Western Park, City of the Future, Villa Diana, Arraiján Trails, The Orioles, Grasslands, The Villas, The Palmitos, The Palm Trees and along the Pan-American Highway. While, in La Chorrera, there will be permanent impacts in the communities of Barrio Balboa such as: El Limón, Montelimar, Versalles del Oeste, Costa Verde, Fuente del Chase, and along the Pan-American Highway.
