Deportations: 2 Prosecutors Murdered and Dozens of Police Officers in Ecuador
Under strict security measures, Julio Alberto Martínez Alcívar, alias Negro Tulio, was deported this Saturday, June 1, 2024 to Ecuador, his country of origin. Negro Tulio was arrested on Thursday, May 30, 2024 in a police operation at the PH Villa Sur, located in the Juan Díaz district. At the time of his capture, he was with his partner, Alexandra Germania Estrada Aquino, who was also deported to Ecuador. The two deported citizens are wanted for the alleged commission of the crimes of homicide to the detriment of two prosecutors, dozens of police officers and terrorist attacks in the Republic of Ecuador. The deportation was carried out after a coordinated operation between the security forces of Panama and Ecuador, with the collaboration of international intelligence agencies. The action took place at the Tocumen International Airport aboard flight CM258, according to Panamanian authorities.
