Martinelli continues to dodge justice with the support of running mate

The new running mate of the presidential candidate of the RM party gave statements in which he spoke about his role in a government headed by a person denounced for corruption, even accused by his children.

The vice president candidate’s response shows contradictions between what he says he is and what his partner represents. He assures that his commitment is to make a “coherent and integral” government while his running mate told him that his interest is to clear his name.

But the latter’s actions say otherwise, since he does nothing but avoid each process. What the interviewee is right about is that his candidate wants to “leave the Presidency, if he arrives, in a calm manner and not go through the nightmare that has happened again.” There is no doubt about that, even if he has to appoint the nine judges of the Supreme Court and appoint one of his lawyers as Attorney General. The interviewee repeated the candidate’s story: that she advised his children in the US to blame him. If that were true, the vice presidential candidate approves of lying to justice, although we know that if his candidate wanted to clear his name, he would be in the United States, facing his case, but he is here, right next to him.  – LA PRENSA, Oct. 18.
