San Miguelito garbage collectors move to play catch-up

More than 10 days after the strike of the workers of Revisalud and Serviaseo, both garbage collectors in the district of San Miguelito, , reported this Tuesday, June 27, that they temporarily hired trucks, backhoes, and all the necessary human assistance as a matter of contingency.

The decision seeks to meet the needs of customers and the authorities of San Miguelito, while they work to resolve the situations that have affected their operations.

The workers have been demanding social coverage, and an insurance policy, among other rights that they negotiate with representatives of the company, which ensures that they are up to date with the payments with the different creditors, the life policy, and have established an agreement with the Social Security Fund.
