Panama hosting international environmental conference

 

Panama is playing host to a world gathering of environmentalists from November 14 to 25 at the Amador Convention Center (Panama Convention Center) for which 2,700 people from all corners of the planet have registered.  

They will be greeted at the entrance to the center by a montage created by the world-recognized master of plastic art Ureña Ramos, The montage presented has been called: The princess and her manes, the venues of Panama.

The works of 15 plastic artists and 20 artisans from the Ministry of Culture will be exhibited.

At the inaugural gala, the unpublished interpretation of the song “Escucha mi latir” written by renowned singer Yamilka Pitre is being premiered. It is an unpublished song inspired by the theme of the global meeting that seeks protection from the uncontrolled trade of endangered species.

The assembly will see a compendium of art, music, and fashion and with a fashion show of 10 designs, presented by national models with great experience with recycled materials that will highlight the danger of disappearance faced by many species.
