Two monkeypox community cases confirmed
The Minister of Health, Luis Francisco Sucre, confirmed Sunday that there are two community cases of monkeypox in Panama, out of a total of eight that have been detected to date reports TVN.
Sucre said that work is being done on the acquisition of 1,000 vaccines so that the population most exposed to this type of disease can have access.
The eighth case that is community, also deals is a male patient.
So far, of the confirmed cases, six remain under surveillance and two are inactive.
