Over 500,000 flu shots administered
The Expanded Immunization Program (PAI) of the Ministry of Health (Minsa) over half a million doses against influenza applied nationwide, between April 25 and June 3.
According to the data disclosed by the entity, in that period 505,665 doses against influenza have been administered; Of that amount, 370,903 were placed in the Minsa facilities and 134,762 in the Social Security Fund.
The Minsa reiterated that the influenza vaccine is free in health centers and all polyclinics of the Social Security Fund.
