5 years jail for urban singer Yemil

 

Urban music singer Yerik Emil Navarro Mosquera, better known as Yemil, was sentenced to 5 years jail time for psychological and personal injury, to his former partner.

The sentence on the 26-year-old singer was handed down on Tuesday after the Oral Trial Assistance Section of the Metropolitan Prosecutor’s Office, demonstrated, before the Trial Court Oral, the criminal responsibility of the accused. The urban music artist was convicted of events that occurred between December 2018 and May 2019 in Panama, after incurring psychological violence, through the use of threats, blackmail, persecution or harassment, and humiliation against the victim, who on May 3, 2019, near her residence he locked inside his vehicle and then physically and verbally assaulted her.
