Easing of curfew in many sectors from Aug. 30
Mobility restrictions will be eased in many parts of the country from Monday, August 30.
Inthe provinces of Panama Oeste, Los Santos, Chiriquí, Coclé and Herrera, a curfew will apply, from Monday to Sunday, from 12:00 am to 4:00 am
The same curfew hours will have the districts of Colón, Chagres, Portobelo and Omar Torrijos Herrera, of the province of Colón, and the district of Pacora (province of Panama).
For the district of Chepo, the curfew is maintained, from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 pm to 4:00 am.
The Ministry of Health (Minsa) ordered that, from Monday, the curfew measure be completely lifted in the Ngäbe Buglé region.
“All industrial and commercial activities that operate in the districts where a curfew has been established or is maintained may remain open to serve the public in person until one hour before the corresponding curfew, and may provide home service until 11:00 pm ”, says a decree, signed by President, Laurentino Cortizo, and the Minister of Health, Luis Francisco Sucre.
