Miraflores visitor center reopening
The Miraflores visitor center will open to the public on August 11, after being closed for almost a year and five months as a result of the coronavirus pandemic The reopening of the site will be under strict biosecurity measures established by the health authorities says The Panama Canal Authority.
Those who wish to can make reservations from Monday, August 2, via the website www.visitcanaldepanama.com .
The Agua Clara visitor center, in Colón, reopened on May 15, under the modality of controlled visits.
The two centers remained closed from March 16, 2020, when the first cases of Covid-19 were reported in the country.
