Panama nears 6,500 covid deaths

Panama is approaching 6,500  covid-19 deaths since the first case was announced on March 9 2020 with the health regions of San Miguelito and Metropolitana report the two highest mortality rates: 236.5 and 208 per 100,000 inhabitants, respectively. The national average mortality rate is 151 deaths per 100,000 people.
