Strong winds and rain alert
The National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) forecasts rains with electrical storms and moderate to strong winds from June 5 to 7 on the Pacific coast with the most significant rainy events registered on Monday, June 7 /The Directorate of Hydrometeorology of the Electric Transmission Company, SA (Etesa) in a “Warning of Vigilance”, reported that the flow of winds in the region will help reduce the presence of abundant storms.
Sinaproc offers a series of recommendations:
At home: lock doors and windows. Remove flower pots or any object that in falling could cause accidents. On the street or in fields, stay away from walls and trees that could fall. off. Avoid sailing and check boat moorings.
