PANDEMIC: 10 weeks cases down, 9 weeks deaths decline
Panama has nine consecutive weeks with a downward trend in deaths and for 10 weeks the reported cases have been declining.
Epidemiology reports from the Ministry of Health (Minsa) show that the epidemiological week that ended (March 14 to 20) last Saturday closed with 3,024 new infections of the Covid-19 disease, which represents 140 cases less than the previous week,
In addition, the authorities reported 55 deaths, 22 less than the previous epidemiological week (March 7 to 13).
