Air conditioning collapse forces transfer of ICU patients

Intensive care patients in an  Azuero  hospital, which was the regional center for the treatment of  Covid-19  victims, were transferred to the Santo Tomas Hospital and the Social Security Fund Complex in Panama on Saturday   September 12   on when the air conditioning system collapsed. The Anita Moreno Regional hospital, is in Los Santos.

Panama reached 100,330 accumulated cases of Covid-19 on Friday, with 615 new infections, and 2,140 deaths (13 new).
