New appeals against mobility and lockdown decrees

Three new appeals are against decrees issued by the Executive Branch and the Ministry of Health (Minsa) that apply restrictions on mobility limits and other constitutional guarantees as a result of the Covi-19 pandemic have been presented to  the Supreme Court

There are two constitutional guarantees and a claim of unconstitutionality that seek a ruling by the Supreme Court on the legality of the actions of the Executive Branch.
