Tropical wave heading to Panama

A  new tropical wave is expected to hit Panama in the bext 48 hours , reports Carlos Rumbohead  of the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) . The wave is  on Venezuela, and is  advancing  at speeda between 10 and 20 knots
