15 rescued from rising waters in two rivers
A dozen volunteers delivering aid from the Panama Solidarity program were rescued by the Civil Protection System) (Sinaproc) and Fire Service personnel on Thursday, June 11 when their vehicle was trapped by a sudden head of water in the Seguidule Riverin Veraguas. All the people are stable says Sinaproc Director Carlos Rumbo.
