Tripartite dialogue table sets guidelines for exiting pandemic crisis
The tripartite dialogue table for the economy and labor development, created to overcome the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, has established its operating methodology.
In a statement issued on Saturday, May 9 by the moderator, Juan Bosco Bernal highlights that a consensus was reached to set the way to carry out the dialogue, which consists of three points.
A regulation for the dialogue was agreed, and four thematic axes of discussion were established to analyze economic and labor issues and, the creation of technical commissions to address the issues.
“With this established operating methodology, it is expected that the parties present their specific proposals to find the solutions that the country so badly needs to begin to emerge from the deep labor, economic and social crisis in which it finds itself,” the statement says.
The table will be in charge of analyzing and proposing the draft of the sectors that will possibly begin to reopen gradually to reactivate the country’s economy.
