Health system faces saturation if people ignore quarantine
If the population does not comply with the quarantine measures to stop COVID-19, the country could face the month of May with more than double the cases currently reported today, and with a practically saturated Health system.
Health Minister Rosario Turner said on Friday, April 17: “If people are not kept at home there is a risk of reaching 10,000 cases on May 12. That is, a calculation of 228 cases per day, in the next 25 days.”
