Woman doctor Panama’s second coronavirus death
Dr. Elvia Múñoz 50-inked to the transplant program of the Social Security Fund (CSS). Who herself underwent transplant surgery years ago became Panama’s second fatal victim of coronavirus (covid-19).
She passed away around 10:00 pm on Friday, March 20, according to preliminary reports.
The first fatal victim was the director of the Monsignor Francisco Beckmann College, 64-year-old Norato González, who died on March 8.
Until early Saturday afternoon, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) has reported 200 cases of coronavirus, of those 171 patients are in home isolation.
