Schools test escape plans after new quake and aftershocks
A seismic movement of 4.4 degrees shook the western area of Chiriqui on Thursday morning. It was followed by two aftershocks that prompted many schools in the province to test their evacuation plans and look for routes to safe areas.
The tremors were felt most strongly in Puerto Armuelles, Fincas Bananeras, and Paso Canoa de Barú; in Bugaba, David, Alanje and Tierras Altas
