Six baby elephants rescued

Rangers in a national park in northeastern Thailand rescued six baby elephants stranded in a mud puddle  The animals could not leave because they could not climb the slippery banks. Rescuers took five hours to dig a path to remove them this Thursday, March 28. The workers found them stranded in the mud on Wednesday afternoon, said the park’s director.  It was not clear how the elephants were stranded. See video below from AP
