Panama host to international maritime fair

Panama will be the location of an international maritime fair that will bring together in March 2019 hundreds of experts from around the world to analyze the future of the sector and allow the country to show its strength as a maritime and logistics platform.

It is the fourteenth edition of the Panama Maritime World Conference & Exhibition, one of the most important maritime fairs held every two years since 1990.

Among the topics that will be addressed during the Congress, is the automation of ships, the environmental impact of maritime transport and the empowerment of women in the industry. It will run from March 17 to 20.
