WORLD YOUTH DAY lacking 5,000 volunteers

WITH just 15 days left to the end of the registration period for volunteers for World Youth Day (WYD) in Panama over 5,000 are still needed to fill the ranks according to Assignment coordinator Carlos Arboleda.
Some questions have arisen about the payment that must be made  Arboleda said that it is a contribution, according to the type of volunteer  Package prices vary from $30.00 to $ 140.00. The most expensive includes 2
t-shirts, lodging, food, Metro and Metrobús passes.
Volunteers who register for WYD will be divided among the 95 different functions that must be performed, such as information points in shopping centers, order control, protocol, supervision of volunteers, cleaning, and attention to diplomats. They should also be divided between massive and non-massive activities.
