Caught with 836 kilos of cocaine gets key to flee
A Colombian caught in a high-end Bella Vista condominium with 836 kilos of cocaine and placed under country arrest with orders to report regularly to authorities was caught on a boat in Panama Viejo trying to flee the country say the National Police.
The precautionary order on Juan Castaño was dictated by the judge of guarantees Eduardo Escobar.
The cocaine was seized during an antidrug operation carried out in the White Tower building.
