Abandoned suitcase closes busy plaza

Plaza  Cinco de Mayo was closed  by security authorities on Thursday afternoon, July 5 when an unattended  suitcase was spotted under the flyover that leads to the Cinta Costera,

Police and Fire Service personnel were called in and  explosives experts moved the case to a safe location for further  investigation before re-opening the busy plaza,
