Panama engineers cite company involved in Miami bridge collapse
THE technical board of the Panamanian Society of Engineers and Architects (SPIA) has drawn attention to MCM, a contractor of the Panamanian State that was in charge of the construction of the pedestrian bridge that collapsed in Miami, leaving at least six dead and several injured.
The company is responsible for the rehabilitation and maintenance of the Bridge of the Americas and the construction of the Roberto Kelly sports complex, as well as other projects.(Story developing)
