Apartment blaze leaves 3 in critical condition

NEIGHBORS of helped firemen pull a family of seven through windows of a blazing apartment in    La Feria Cristobal Colon in the early hours of Sunday, October 8

All seven were rushed to the emergency department of the local hospital, and later two children, 13 and 16 and a 32-year-old adult with severe burns were transferred to a Panama hospital, where they remain in critical condition.

The apartment was completely destroyed.

The fire service is investigating the cause of the blaze.
