Driver escapes falling cement, car totaled

CEMENT    falling from a construction project on the Sea Point building on  Calle Heliodoro in Paitilla fell on the vehicle of attorney Renato Pereira.

He managed to escape before  the car, an Audi , was totaled.

Pereira said that the incident occurred when he arrived at his residence, in Torre del Mar.
