Three bids for Teatro National restoration

THREE CONSORTIUMS are involved in the  final stages  of the bidding for the restoration of Panama’s historic Teatro National.

The theatre. In Casco Viejo,  was opened in 1908. And has been. closed for two years. Leaving cultural groups like Opera Panama the National  Ballet  and the International Film Festival searching for alternative s facilities for major presentations.

The reference price for the project is $11.8 million.
