Lawyer’s killer gets 25 years

THE MAN  who gunned down a Panama lawyer while he was lunching in a San Miguelito restaurant has been sentenced to 25 years behind bars.

A jury found Joel Alberto Aguilar guilty of killing  Juan Ramón Messina Ramos, on September 23, 2013 in  the restaurant Donde Renato, restaurant.

The sentence was issued by the Second Superior Court of the First Judicial District.
