Storm kills 3, closes schools, government offices

TROPICAL STORM Otto has caused three deaths in Panama and widespread damage from floods landslides and falling trees brought on by heavy rains and high winds.

Schools across the country will remain closed on Wednesday, Nov. 23 and the government  ordered the closure of public offices in Panama and Colon provinces from midday on November 22.
