Disappeared investigator still alive – prosecutor

ON THE EVE of the fourth anniversary  of the disappearance  of  Vernon Ramos, the regulator with the Superintendency of Securities who went missing in 2012, Prosecutor Rafael Baloyes said that he is still alive.

The information was released by the Public Ministry as part of the report prepared for the anniversary of his disappearance, Nov. 16, 2012.
