Five dead in fiery highway collision

FIVE PEOPLE  died in a fiery  accident on the Pan-American Highway on Thursday November 3.

The accident took place at 6 pm  in Tolé, Chiriquí, and was caused when two vehicles collided.

Three people died at the scene while two died in hospital. Three others were seriously injured, one of them critically.

After the impact, one of the vehicles caught fire.

The deaths bring the , number of people  killed by traffic accidents in Chiriqui so far this year to 67.
