Search for missing child expanded

THE SEARCH  for a child who went missing during torrential rain on Sunday September 11 has been expanded to include  the Bay of Panama.

The child is under five-years,  and went missing Sunday in Fatima, San Miguelito.

Over 80 personnel are in  teams searching in Fatima, El Martillo, Pan de Azúcar, la Gran Estación, Puente del Rey and Panamá Viejo..

The operation includes  aerial surveillance.

The child was swept away in floodwaters while walking near a stream. Another child escaped the flood waters.
