Tugboat incident injures 21

WHILE THOUSANDS celebrated at the Canal Expansion inauguration ceremonies on Sunday, June 26, a group of people were receiving treatment for injuries after a collision between a tugboat and a privatevessel.
The boat had left the dock at Diablo when the colliision occured, The tugboat, Bethlehem is operated by the Panama Canal Authority(ACP).
Twenty-one people were injured and taken to public and private hospitals for treatment.Four were hospitalized but eir condition was reported as stable
