Two road deaths bring total to 149

A 14-YEAR-OLD boy, one of three students hit by a car on Avenida  Balboa on Thursday April 22, died  of his injuries the next day.

All three were crossing the road near the ASA Theater when they were struck, and were taken to Hospital del Nino.

On Saturday evening, April 23 an 80 year old man was killed in  front of his home in Cerro Viento,  Rufina Alfaro, San Miguelito when a garbage truck reversed into him while he was putting a bag in the compactor.

The two deaths brought the total road fatalities for the year to 149.
