Journalists testify in Mossack Fonseca probe
Three La Prensa journalists who participated in the global investigation into the leaked files of Mossack Fonseca have been summoned to testify before prosecutor Javier Caraballo.
The journalists were part of the global effort led by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ.) The ones who have been interviewed by prosecutors are Rita Vasquez, Rolando Rodriguez and Luis Buron.
Caraballo ordered a raid of Mossack Fonseca office last week that resulted in the seizure of digital documents from servers in the office. That raid lasted 27 hours.
The attorney general is also investigating claims by the firm that it was the victim of a cyber-crime.
