One dead one hurt as bus loses wheels

A TAXI DRIVER was killed, and a passenger seriously injured,  when the driver of a Diablo Verde (green devil) bus lost its rear wheels  and the driver was unable to avoid  the cab coming out of a side street  at the entrance to Pacora, in Panama East.

The accident  happened at 530 am on Tuesday, March 1.

Other taxi drivers say there have been multiple accidents at the same spot and complain that it needs the installation of traffic lights.

“Here drivers whiz and  there os no authority to control that, “said one of the taxi owners.
