Victims sought in Illegal cosmetic surgery investigation

PEOPLE who received cosmetic surgery  from  a man  operating a clinic in PH Novo in Bella Vista, Panama City are asked to contact the Attorney General’s office  following the arrest  of a man accused of illegally practicing medicine.

Assistant Prosecutor, Marcelino Aguilar, reported Saturday February 27, that  Luis Antonio Martinez Garzon has been arrested forthe  alleged crimes of fraud and illegal medical practice .

According to the Attorney General’s Office so far they have contacted five alleged victims of the doctor who worked at the  clinic. At least one is recovering in  Panama hospital.

Aguilar said  further investigations are underway into  the alleged crime of personal injury.

The Attorney General’s Office asks people who feel affected and are victims,  to come forward.
