Ex- police boss questioned over missing FP auditor

JULIO MOLTÓ, director of the National Police and the Security Council during the government of Ricardo Martinelli (2009-2014) visited the Special Prosecutor for Organized Crime to make an give an  affidavit about  the disappearance of Vernon Ramos, deputy director of Financial Analysis of the Superintendency of Securities (VPS).

Ramos disappeared on  November16  2012. while auditing the Financial Pacific (FP) brokerage which has been accused of money laundering and of being  the repository of a secret account belonging to Martinelli and friends, used to manipulate the shares of Petaquilla Gold,. now in liquidation.
