Country jail for former Super 99 buyer

The  Second Anticorruption prosecutor ssued an injunction for country jail for businessman  Roberto Brin, former head of purchasing for  Ricardo Martinelli’s Super 99after a day of interrogation,

He is being investigated for irregularities in contracts for the purchase and distribution of school bags through the National Assistance Program (PAN).

Brin is accused of  the alleged commission of crimes against public administration. Mario Martinelli, brother of ex-president Ricardo Martienlli and six others arealso embroiled in the case, involving the purchase of 600,000 school backpacks.
