A YELLOW alert for Panama’s Pacific Coast has been issued by the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) and a task force has been mobilized for areas vulnerable to flooding.
The alert runs from 6:00 pm on Monday, October 26, until 8:00 am on Saturday, October 31.
