More charges against Odebrecht

THE BRAZILIAN court  accepted new accusations against the president of the Odebrecht group and three former directors of the construction giant due to irregularities in contracts with the state oil company Petrobras, on Monday October 19, judicial sources said according to the EFE News Agency

The new charges against Marcelo Odebrecht, and three former directors concern contracts for work in a petrochemical plant condensing gas pipeline and some oil platforms, all owned by Petrobras. Marcelo Odebrecht was arrested on  June 19. Odebrech has received over $8 billion in contracts from Panama governments including th current Metro Line 2 and a Colon development project
